THE PROCESS

          You're chosen your dream dress, get excited! Once your item is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. Depending on the style and availability, please allow 1-2 weeks for your dress to arrive from order to delivery. This timing and delivery is noted on the product page.

          When placing an order for your bridal party, we suggest that all dresses for a single bridal party are purchased together. This will ensure there are no colour variations.

 

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR DRESS

          It's finally here! We hope you love it as much as we do. Please try on the dresses without make up, lotion or fake tan. Because each body is different and we are all unique in our own way, we highly recommend to have your dress professionally altered to fit exactly the way you want it to.

          The reason why our dresses are so affordable is because we do not have fitting sessions like other bridal boutiques. This helps to keep our prices low for our beautiful brides.

 

RETURNS

          We are sorry to hear this is not the dress for you. We will happily accept returns for full-priced items within thirty (30) days in line with our Returns Policy. A returns request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days via our online portal.

 

 

          Due to the delicate nature of products from the wedding collection, a $35 AUD^ restocking fee will incur per order for all returns. This fee will cover the service of a dedicated staff. Services include repacking, special storage, steaming services, spot cleaning and/or dry cleaning. This fee will be deducted from your final refund. We thank you for your understanding. 

^The restocking fee will be waived for all exchanges within the wedding collection, or if you are making partial returns.
