Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day Mon-Fri.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend any orders on The Iconic, as we are two separate entities and carry different styles. Please contact The Iconic's customer service team and someone will be able to assist you.
We offer returns and exchanges on products within 30 days from date of shipment, excluding Final Sale items.
Garments need to be in its original condition, unworn, unmarked, with all tags attached.
Once your returns request has been approved, you will receive a RMA# (return authorisation) with instructions to send back the item/s.
If you're using our pre-paid label, you can track the status of your return via Australia Post: https://auspost.com.au/track. Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Your return may take slightly longer to process as we have enhanced health and safety measures in place to protect our team and customers. All returns and deliveries will be quarantined for 24 hours before being processed.
We currently do not have a retail store. Please see stockistsfor a store near you. We recommend contacting the store first to ensure they stock the style you want prior to visiting.
