Unfortunately, we cannot amend any orders on The Iconic, as we are two separate entities and carry different styles. Please contact The Iconic's customer service team and someone will be able to assist you.
We offer returns and exchanges on products within 30 days from date of shipment, excluding Final Sale items.
Garments need to be in its original condition, unworn, unmarked, with all tags attached.
Once your returns request has been approved, you will receive a RMA# (return authorisation) with instructions to send back the item/s.
Your return may take slightly longer to process as we have enhanced health and safety measures in place to protect our team and customers. All returns and deliveries will be quarantined for 24 hours before being processed.
We currently do not have a retail store. Please see stockistsfor a store near you. We recommend contacting the store first to ensure they stock the style you want prior to visiting.
You can register your interest by selecting your desired size and selecting 'Notify Me'. We will notify you via email if more stock becomes available.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please follow the steps on our returns portal and upload max 6 images showing the defect/fault and we will provide you with a suitable solution.
Our bridal gowns are hand made in limited quantities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your dress to arrive from order to delivery.
Unfortunately, customization services and custom orders are currently not available. For minor alterations, we suggest going to a reputation tailor to customize your fit!
We will accept returns for full-priced items within thirty (30) days. Due to the delicate nature of these products, a $35 AUD^ restocking fee will incur per order for all returns. This fee will cover spot cleaning, steaming services, repackaging and restocking. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
^The restocking fee will be waived for all exchanges within the wedding collection, or if you are making partial returns.
